Our promise
If you read the book and feel it was not worth what you paid, write to us within seven (7) days of your purchase and you will receive a full refund. No questions are needed, and you may keep the files.
How to ask for a refund
Email admin@kalkidarshan.com from the address you used to buy, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98179 55579. Please include your order number (it is in your confirmation email) or the payment ID.
When the money reaches you
Approved refunds are processed within 3 working days to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet). Your bank may take a further 5–7 working days to show the amount.
Cancellation
Because the book is delivered instantly after payment, an order cannot be cancelled once the payment succeeds; please use the refund promise above instead. If a payment fails or is interrupted, no money is taken — or, if your account was debited without an order being confirmed, the amount is reversed automatically by the payment gateway, usually within 5–7 working days.
Payment problems
If you were charged twice or did not receive the book, write to admin@kalkidarshan.com and we will resolve it within 2 working days.
